Permanent Placement Services:

Permanent Placement is CAS’s primary service.  You can retain these services one of two ways:  (1) on a contingency basis or (2) on a retainer.

Contingency Fee:  CAS's contingency fee is percentage of the candidate’s first year salary.  This fee is contingent on the candidate being hired. 

Retainer Fee: This fee is paid in advanced and is NOT contingent upon a candidate being hired.  This type of arrangement is usually reserved for executive searches.

Contract or Contract to Hire:

Though CAS focuses primarily a permanent placement, we do have a network of highly skilled contract professionals at our disposal.  CAS's contract side focuses solely on high level (CFO/Controller) and highly specialized contracts.  If you are in need of clerical and staff level temporary services we recommend using one of the national agencies that specialize in this area.  Please feel free to call us for recommendations.
